Please read these terms carefully. They apply to all purchases from our store and to participation in our auctions.

By placing an order with Pashiz Coins you agree to the terms below. Buyers act in their own personal capacity and may not claim to represent any third party.
Authenticity Guarantee
We offer a lifetime guarantee of authenticity on every item we sell. If an item is found to be counterfeit, a full refund is available provided the claim is made within 30 days of purchase and the burden of proof is satisfied.
Returns
Lots may be returned only in the case of a lack of authenticity. Items encapsulated by third-party grading services (such as NGC or PMG) cannot be returned if they have been removed from their holder. Literature and group-lot sales are final.
Payment
Payment must be completed within 7 working days. We accept the following methods:
- Cash (GBP only)
- UK cheques
- Credit cards
- Cryptocurrency (BTC and TRX)
- Bank/wire transfer to our provided account details
Customers are responsible for all taxes and fees due for delivery, bank transfer, or any other charges payable outside the UK.
Shipping & Claims
Domestic shipping ranges from £2.89 to £13.89; international shipping varies by destination. Claims for lost or damaged items are considered after 25 days from dispatch. A full refund is available if items are confirmed lost by the carrier, or after 180 days with no tracking updates. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery and Returns pages.
Auctions Terms & Conditions
The following terms govern participation in Pashiz Coins auctions. By registering and bidding you accept them in full.
1. Authenticity Guarantee
Any item proven not to be authentic will be refunded in full, provided the claim is submitted within 30 calendar days of the auction date. The burden of proof rests with the buyer.
2. Lot Descriptions & Returns
Descriptions and grades represent the cataloguer’s opinion only. Graded coins removed from their holders, and group lots, are final sales and non-returnable.
3. Bidding
Registration is required to bid. All bids are binding and cannot be cancelled once submitted. Pashiz Coins reserves the discretionary right to cancel bids or exclude bidders.
4. Cancellation Fees
A cancelled winning bid incurs the full buyer’s premium plus a 10% consignment fee on the hammer price.
5. Buyer’s Premium
A 20% buyer’s premium is added to the hammer price of each lot.
6. Payment
Full payment is due within 10 calendar days in GBP, by bank transfer, cash, UK cheque or cryptocurrency. Late payments incur a £9.50 fee.
7. Shipping & Dispatch
Items are dispatched within 2 working days of cleared payment. Shipping is calculated by weight, destination and value. Local collection is available by appointment at Alfies Antique Market, London.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
