Every coin we sell is backed by a lifetime authenticity guarantee. Here’s how our returns and refunds work.

Our Authenticity Guarantee

Authenticity is the foundation of everything we do. As an NGC & PMG authorised dealer, we provide a lifetime guarantee that every item we sell is genuine. If an item is ever proven not to be authentic, it will be refunded in full.

For store purchases, claims should be made within 30 days. For auction lots, claims must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the auction date. In each case the burden of proof rests with the buyer.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Because of the nature of collectible numismatics, returns are accepted only in the case of a lack of authenticity. The following are final sales and cannot be returned:

  • Coins or banknotes encapsulated by a third-party grading service (e.g. NGC or PMG) that have been removed from their holder.
  • Literature and reference books.
  • Group lots and multi-item lots.

Lot descriptions and grades represent the cataloguer’s professional opinion and are not, in themselves, grounds for return.

How to Make a Claim

To start a return or authenticity claim, please contact us at info@pashizcoins.com with your order details and the reason for your claim. Our team will guide you through the next steps, including secure, insured return shipping where a return is approved.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds cover the item price; shipping and any third-party charges are handled in line with our Terms & Conditions.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, claims are considered after 25 days from dispatch. A full refund is provided if the item is confirmed lost by the carrier, or after 180 days with no tracking updates. See our Shipping & Delivery page for more.
