Processing & Dispatch
Once your payment has cleared, your order is carefully packaged and dispatched within 2 working days. Auction lots follow the same timescale after cleared payment. You will receive tracking details so you can follow your parcel to your door.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated by weight, destination and value, so you always pay a fair rate.
- UK domestic: from £2.89 to £13.89 depending on the service and value.
- International: rates vary by destination and are shown at checkout or quoted on request.
All shipments are fully insured for their value and sent using tracked, signed-for services.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, bank-transfer charges and any other fees payable in the destination country.

Lost or Damaged Items
Claims for lost or damaged items are considered after 25 days from dispatch. A full refund is provided if an item is confirmed lost by the carrier, or after 180 days if there have been no tracking updates. For full details, see our Returns and Terms & Conditions.
